In Person & Telehealth

Helping young people feel understood, capable, and more connected.

Growing up comes with challenges that aren't always easy to put into words. I work with children, teens, and families to create a space where young people can feel safe being themselves while learning practical ways to understand their emotions, navigate challenges, and strengthen their relationships.

My goal is to help young people build resilience and confidence while giving families tools that can create meaningful change outside of the therapy room.

Savannah describes her work as compassionate and practical, with an emphasis on emotional resilience, relationships, and hope

A little about Savannah

Savannah is a child and adolescent therapist who believes young people do their best when they feel safe, understood, and supported.

She works especially well with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, difficult experiences, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. Her approach creates space to understand what may be happening underneath a behavior or emotion while helping clients develop practical skills that can make everyday life feel more manageable.

Savannah’s style is warm, transparent, and consistent. She strives to help clients feel validated and supported while also offering honest feedback, encouragement, and practical strategies they can use beyond the therapy room.

She may be a good fit for you if you’re navigating…

Anxiety ‍Big Emotions ‍Behavioral Challenges ‍Trauma & Difficult Experiences‍ ‍

You may find our work especially helpful if you or your child:

  • Feel overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, or difficult emotions

  • Have a hard time expressing feelings or calming down when emotions become intense

  • Are experiencing behavioral challenges at home or school

  • Have been through a difficult, stressful, or traumatic experience

  • Struggle with friendships, family relationships, self-esteem, or school

  • Are going through a significant change or transition

  • Need a supportive place to develop confidence, coping skills, and emotional resilience

HER APPROACH

A safe place to grow—with practical tools along the way.

Savannah believes therapy should be a place where children and teens feel genuinely comfortable being themselves.

She approaches therapy with warmth and compassion while also providing structure, honest feedback, and practical strategies. Depending on a client’s age and individual needs, sessions may look different from traditional talk therapy.

Savannah draws from play therapy, CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and child-parent psychotherapy, adapting her approach to meet the needs of each child and family.

Her goal is not simply to change a behavior, but to understand what may be happening underneath it. Through therapy, Savannah helps young people build emotional skills, strengthen relationships, and develop greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
